Girl group 4minute‘s leader Nam Jihyun recently uploaded a selca revealing her mature beauty.
On September 4th, Jihyun tweeted, “A fresh new selca as a present” along with the photo above. In the photo, Jihyun gives the camera a small smile, revealing her perfect complexion and v-jaw line.
Netizens who came across this picture commented, “She gets prettier every day” and, “Her cute expression is really cute“.
Meanwhile, Nam Jihyun plays the part of Jang Sua in a MBC weekend drama ‘Thousand First Kisses“.

T-ara’s Hyomin uploads an old high school selca



T-ara‘s Hyomin uploaded a photo online of herself in high school, revealing her natural beauty.
On September 4th, she tweeted, “Discovery of high school photo! Required a black rubber band on wrist. If I don’t have it, restlessness.
In the picture, Hyomin transforms into a young student, wearing a black polo shirt with her checkered uniform. With bangs and winking her big eyes, she’s charmed fans with her sweet image.

Kangta wants to get married in two years?


On September 4th, the artists of SM Entertainment met with reporters after they successfully concluded their ’SM TOWN LIVE IN TOKYO SPECIAL EDITION‘ concerts in Tokyo, Japan.
Since Korea will soon be celebrating its Thanksgiving holiday, the artists were asked what they wished for the future. H.O.T.‘s Kangta answered, “My only wish is that I marry in two years,” and jokingly added, “This is a problem that only I have out of all the artists in SM Entertainment.
SNSD‘s Tiffany gave a sweet response to the question, saying, “I want my SM family to be healthy, and I hope that everyone continues to cheer on and love SNSD and all the SM artists who have albums coming out in the fall.
BoA replied, “I have more of a personal wish. I have a movie called ‘Cobu 3D‘ being released soon. It’s currently in the editing process, but I hope that everything, including the editing, goes smoothly and that the movie can be announced to the public soon.
In related news, the artists of SM Entertainment will soon be shifting their world tour from Tokyo to New York City, where they plan to hold a concert at Madison Square Garden for October 23rd.

f(x) to debut in Japan next January


On September 4th, SM Entertainment’s maknae group f(x) announced that they’ll be making their official Japanese debut in January of 2012!
f(x) successfully introduced themselves to several thousand Japanese fans at the ‘SM TOWN Live in Tokyo‘ concerts with their hit tracks, “La Cha Ta“, “Chu“, “Hot Summer“, and “Pinocchio“.
The girls stated, “It’s an honor to perform in the Tokyo Dome. We’ve brought with us some good news — we’ll be officially promoting in Japan starting next year. We’ll return to Japan with a more mature image, so please wait for us.”
In the press conference after the concert, leader Victoria elaborated, “Every time we perform at the SM concerts, I think that we learn a lot from our seniors and come away with the determination to work harder.  Early next year, we’ll be making our debut, so we want to take this opportunity to get our name out there.  I hope that when we make our debut next year, we’ll receive a lot of support from our Japanese fans.”

G-Dragon’s solo comeback is set for next month!


Fans don’t have to wait any longer for G-Dragon‘s solo comeback, as Big Bang‘s G-Dragon is set to return with his solo on October!
Next month,  G-Dragon is scheduled to reveal his mini album and start his solo activities on October for the first time in a year and a half.
It was revealed that G-Dragon is currently working on last-minute items for his songs and will select his title song soon, in addition to envisioning his album concept. A YG Entertainment representative stated, “Because we are still writing songs for his album, we haven’t decided on his title song. When we are done, we will decide on the album concept.
Many agencies are reportedly reconsidering other artists’ comeback dates that were set for October as G-Dragon is expected to overpower music charts with his solo comeback. One music industry stated, “From September, KARA, SNSD, and Brown Eyed Girls are planned to comeback. In addition to that, it’s hard to find a place for rookie singers with G-Dragon coming back on October.
With Daesung‘s car accident, Big Bang members are focusing on their individual activities, starting with G-Dragon’s solo comeback.

Rain to be reinvestigated for embezzling J Tune Creative funds


Singer Rain (Bi), who was previously found not guilty for embezzling company, J Tune Creative‘s (a clothing company) funds, has been called in for a re-investigation.
Previously, Rain was sued on charges of embezzling company money as modeling compensation for a company that he’s a major stockholder in.  He was later cleared of wrongdoing.  On September 4th, however, the Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office announced that they have ordered a re-investigation of the case.
The Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office found that J Tune Creative, the company he’s the largest shareholder in, had deposited $2.255 million USD, nearly 50% of their company funds, to Rain in one instance when Rain never acted as a model for the company.  In addition, the pay was said to have been too excessive in comparison to other models.
The court also said that there needed to be further investigations into the $30,000 USD used for a personal transportation lease and the $47,000 USD used for office rental.

Rainbow to begin official promotions for Japanese debut


In the coming weeks, girl group Rainbow will be officially beginning debut promotions for their first Japanese single, “A“.
Rainbow departed for Tokyo on September 3rd, where they will be completing their final, last minute preparations before the official release of “A” on September 14th.  A total of 20 mega electronic display boards and billboards advertising Rainbow’s upcoming album have already been installed on the busiest streets of Shibuya, Tokyo.
Around 50 fans were present at the Haneda Airport to welcome the girls’ arrival.  Many fans even following them throughout the night as they headed out to restaurant for dinner and their hotel rooms.
Rainbow has already been garnering hot interest for their music even before their official debut. Rainbow’s “A” reportedly placed #1 on Japan’s biggest online ringtone chart, Rekochoku, on August 31st, the same day of the ringtone’s release.
From September 4th onwards, Rainbow will be taking part in various media interviews, broadcast appearances and album release events as part of their vigorous Japanese promotion schedule.
